when will they arrive?

We ship USPS Priority which normally takes 1-3 days. Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to make sure the sweeties don’t stay in traffic longer than needed. Because we make small batches in order to offer a fresh product, we may need 3-8 days to prepare your order—Thanks for understanding!

what if I need them ASAP?

In case of birthdays or other special dates (or you just can’t wait) just message us! we will try whatever we can to ensure they arrive on time.

can I order in bulk?

YES, we love parties! message us!

what’s the shipping cost?

We are using flat rate USPS Priority shipping which normally takes 1-3 days (unless something happens). The price is $9.90 when shipping to zones 0 to 5 from Oakland, and $10.90 for the rest.

USPS First Class (3-7 days) is now available for $7 within CA and under 1lb.

Sadly not right now—but maybe in the future!

do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot receive any items back that we have sent out. It represents food safety issues that we unfortunately cannot overlook. BUT if there is something up, please message us within 7 days after delivery!

how long do they stay fresh?

We recommend to consume within 3 weeks to enjoy their freshness. BUT they will still taste great longer, because they don’t really go off —their texture will change slightly over time. Sometimes they will get firmer as the sugar keeps curing them, sometimes they will get a bit tacky depending on the heat and/or humidity. The sugar melding with the pâte is completely normal too!

do I need to refrigerate?

No. Pâtes de fruits keep well in a cool dark place like a cupboard or shelf with indirect light— they are not a fan of humidity or direct sun. 

can I eat the whole bag?

YES!

what’s the size of each piece?

They are “bite size” Approx. 0.75”W × 0.75”L × 0.5”H, we often bite the first in half, then eat the 2nd in one go!

We are near Montclair, Oakland CA. When your sweeties are ready —normally within 5 days— you will receive an e-mail to arrange the pick up.
