Each chamomile sweetie has around 40 Chamomile flowers that are deep steeped and pressed through a sift, collecting their wonderful aroma?

Often I hear "I don't like Chamomile" and it's understandable, most of the Chamomile that's available has been sitting on shelves for a looong time! Luckily it's becoming easier to find fresh, good quality Chamomile, like the one I use from alayatea.
