Mignardises

Recently I was contacted by chef Stéphane Saint Louis, co-owner of Table Culture Provisions, a fine dining restaurant located in Petaluma.
To my (very pleasant) surprise, chef Stéphane showed interest in featuring Yami Yami pâtes de fruits in his mignardises board. I was obviously elated by this proposition…

Table Culture Provisions has been included, not once, but twice, in the San Francisco Chronicle Top 25 Restaurants list, how cool is that? I had the pleasure to experience their late Summer tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious, each dish was so surprising, so well thought and satisfying —the care, love and intention that was put into it was palpable…the service was friendly, professional and welcoming, and the patio beautiful and cozy. I cannot wait to be back!
